Reappraisal
The Benton County Assessor's office currently has appraisers working in Rogers, Bentonville and the North side of Lowell for the 2011 reappraisal cycle as mandated by Arkansas Code 26-26-1307.

The Assessor’s Office also wants to remind property owners that Amendment 79 provides a homestead tax credit and assessment caps for properties which are the primary residence of the owner. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to apply for the credit and cap. And, to update the application when you turn 65 or should you become disabled. Call 271-1037 to request the Homestead Application.
