Three times a year the Circuit Clerk and Judges conduct Jury Orientation held in the large courtroom of the main Courthouse.
The Circuit Clerk and Judges will discuss the various aspects of jury service. Qualified jurors will then be sworn in to
serve their term of service.
Terms of Service
for each year
are as follows:
Jan. 1st – April 30th
May 1st – Aug. 31st
Sept. 1st – Dec. 31st

If you have been summoned to Jury Orientation you will need to make sure to bring with you the Jury Summons (Questionnaire).
Please tear off the top tab and keep this for your information, the remaining portion of the questionnaire you will need to have filled
out on both sides and signed. Please give this to the Deputy Circuit Clerks greeting you at the doors.
