Electronic Tax Bill Conditions of Use

I understand only those parcel numbers entered into this form will be removed from the Collector's Office postal delivery service and the Collector's Office will only make one attempt to deliver electronic tax statements.  If that attempt fails, I understand I will be notified to contact the Collector's Office for an alternative means of delivery.  I understand that if my e-mail address or mailing address change, it is my responsibility to communicate that change to the Collector’s Office.
